Allow Other Users to View the Highlighted Sources
If there is a need for your users to view the sources of plagiarism identified into your storage or the Web, they require a special access. Now, the functionality may be enabled in your account by choosing the required mode for sources preview URL and setting up the highlighting key timeout measured in seconds (for example, 60). Note: if a user or guest has the permission to view the highlighted sources, he/she may also view the entire text of the document (in the Web or storage). Therefore, we advise you to choose the highlighting key timeout wisely. If you made the necessary changes in the user account settings to use the functionality, the changes will apply to new reports only. For more details on this functionality, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Recent API Update: Support for JSON Request and Response
We understand that flexibility is key when it comes to API integration. To accommodate various data exchange preferences, we have incorporated support for 'application/json' requests and responses. This widely-used format provides compatibility with a wide range of programming languages and platforms, making it easier than ever to work with our API. Also, these updates refer to our webhooks which our users may set up in their profiles https://plagiarismsearch.com/account/api. For more details, check our updated documentation here.
Adding a New API Feature: Authorization by Authorization Token
Security is paramount in today's digital landscape. To bolster the security of our API, we have introduced authorization by Authorization Token via HTTP header. This feature ensures that only authorized users can access your API resources, enhancing data protection and safeguarding your valuable assets. It's a simple yet powerful addition that adds an extra layer of security to your integrations. All API credentials can be found at a user's profile on our website https://plagiarismsearch.com/account/api. Find more instructions to use our new feature in our updated documentation. Our previous authorization version was based on Http basic authorization and it is also available for our users.
We Are Ready to Introduce our Updated and Standardized API
We've invested considerable effort into refining and standardizing our API, making it more robust and reliable. This means a smoother integration process, fewer hiccups, and a more consistent experience across different API endpoints.
